So, for ages, I just assumed, I swim therefore I sniffle. Then I kind of had an epiphany and that chlorine and mucus tissues probably don't like one and other. So went out and got some nasal saline and ordered a nose clip. Perhaps I can help my poor nose not be quite so dry and sniffly. We shall see.
If anyone else has anything that works, please do share.

Sorry no advice to give here. But I do sneeze a lot sometimes the nights I swim or in the morning. Took me a while to figure out it was due to the chlorine.1

So I got two different kinds of nose clips and neither work on my nose. Apparently it is wide where it should not be. I am gonna play a bit more, and see if I can't get one of them a bit wider.0

Slightly different perspective: I suffer from occasional, but not terribly severe seasonal allergies.
When swim, I move a lot more mucus without medication (no, not IN the pool. . but afterwards!) and so I actually find that swimming HELPS me manage my allergy symptoms.3
