Earth Fare?

Hey everyone! It's the new girl again! What are your thoughts on shopping at strictly organic food stores and/or whole foods stores? I found an Earth Fare near my work that I could start shopping at but I'm not looking at quadrupling my grocery bill. Is reading labels good enough when going for primal eats or is it better to shop organically at organic markets or whole food stores? Also heard good things about Trader Joes and found one near my work. I've never been in one but how does it compare?

Whole Foods and other local markets started a trend, which is being picked up by the big chains (buy local). You'll probably notice more and more food is being marked, which helps. But, because there isn't really a standard with proper inspections, it is still a bit hit or miss (unless you know the farm directly).
