OK! I haven't seen anyone post in the last few check-ins, but that is OK--I know you'll come around! So last week I weighed 205.8, this week I'm DOWN to 204.7! That is great!. I have to be honest though, as you can see from my diary, I haven't been the best eater this week, but I consistently tracked, so at least I knew how ****ty I was doing! Consistency is key! How was your week?0
