@rckc1 ...what, pray tell, exactly is an "OKL" macro? I'm familiar with most of the acronyms and abbreviations since I've been on MFP for the last 2.5 years, but I don't think I've ever heard of this one before.

I think it's optimal keto living. There is a chart that tells you what your macros should be.

I looked at the OKL chart and it doesn't seem any different than any other keto calculator to me so I think pretty much anyone in this group eating 30g carbs or less is following the same basic macros.
There are a few current posts about snacking as far as ideas what to eat.
There are also posts about eating too much/too often and snacking that turns into binging.
Snacking seems to vary widely from person to person. From having some little something every 2-3 hours to firmly restricting it as a method to control a frequent recurring desire to nibble all day. I personally can't do snacking if I am concerned about preventing overeating. The only way I can feel less hungry is to use intermittent fasting because once I eat, it seems to open the gates to feeling hungry the rest of the day. So I delay it and oddly enough I feel less hungry by not eating too often.
