Low Carb Keto'ers?

New to this group.

Anyone eat low carb or keto and eating maintenance calories?

My stats:
5'3"
~120
20% BF (trying to lower this slowly to about 17% while maintaining or slowly building muscle)
eating maintenance or slightly below ~2,000 kcal/day depending on if that day is a rest day or workout day

Just started keto 26th of November and haven't looked back. I love it and how I feel. Been lifting heavy 5x a week with a little cardio sprinkled in for the last 2.5 months. Seeing great progress and looking forward to what's to come.

    I'm new to this group and have been doing keto for a few months and love it. I just started intermittent fasting which is helping shed the last 10 pounds that I never seem to get rid of! I also had to stop eating dairy as it was stalling my progress! It sounds like you are doing amazing! keep those heavy lifts going!
