ginger sesame chicken

2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes(optional)
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp sesame oil


in bowl combine sauce listed above


cut up 1 pound chicken breast in very thin strip helps to freeze for 30 before
1/2 pound snow peas cleaned
4 large carrots sliced thin
1 large onion cut in moons and separated
1/2 head of nappa or green cabbage shredded fine
1 pack portbella mushrooms sliced thin
1 pack green onions cleans and sliced on a diagonal keep tops and whites separate

in a wok heat 1/4 tsp sesame oil with 1 tsp cooking oil
brown chicken and set aside in a bowl
next add 1/2 tsp coconut oil and 1/2 tsp veggie oil and cook mushrooms till golden set aside in a bowl

next cook carrots and onions(not the green part) together you may need more oil (i use water and steam fry them) for about 4 to 5 minutes add the pea pods and cook them for 2 minutes
add the cabbage and cook for 2 minutes .add the sauce and bring to a boil add the chicken and mushrooms back in and add the onion tops turn off heat toss to combine and serve
