    I decided to add in the 50min bikerides I have been doing daily, which I do not log in my exercise diary.
    I want to keep track of my TOTAL cals burned this month in this challenge, not just the cals I log in my exercise diary.
    7 50-min bikerides 2126 cals

    8/11 Sun 3mile run, 300 calories burned
    8/12 zzz nope, unless major grocery shopping counts
    8/13 kettlebell work out, 250 ish.
    8/14 3 mile jog, 283 calories
    8/15 messed up my schedule
    8/16 urgent matter took up the day. All is well
    8/17 packing for camping that'a work out but can't judge the calories.
    8/18 and most of the rest of the month wont be logging.

    Back to the site in September when school starts, yeah school! Today was the first day I felt and said out loud I can''t wait for school to start. :wink:
    It's hot and humid and I don't want to go in the heat to sweat now. So to the outdoors to relax with family.

    Hi there, Rocky! I can't believe how quickly the new school year rolled around. The twins start preschool next week.

    Took a Zumba class this morning 431 calories burned leaves me with 270.

    I will take zumba again as it is a good cardio class and fits my schedule - but I have no coordination and luckily can laugh at myself cause I am pretty sure I was super foolish looking - LOL

    Last week I had 6,628 remaining (I know, I know...I might not make it; but its the best I could do after my surgery.)

    I completed 1,568 this week so...

    Nice work, Paintlisapurple. It's gonna be hard for me to make it this month too. Hang in there! :happy:

    I took a class today called CSI - it was a cardio step/strength/interval training and it may have been one of the hardest things I have ever done!!! 715 calories burned! I am now 445 calories beyond the 7k goal!!! Wooohooooo!

    Went to my TRX class and had a male instructor. It was strictly strength training and weight lifting with no cardio. I didn't break a sweat and no huffing and puffing (from me) but it did help me bulk up. My other instructors are female and are also aerobic instructors on the side. I'm cashed after their classes! It's amazing how the styles of the three instructors are so different! I can't wait to get back to my other instructors. Estimate only 155 cals burned.
