Hello, my name is Alicia I'm 42 and new to the group. Ive been on this weight loss adventure off and on for a while but Jan/Feb I decided to take it more seriously and now in March have decided to make friends. Obviously I am a very introverted and takes me awhile to reach out. I look forward to seeing everyone's progress and support.

    Me too! I like reading and liking people's posts but I usually don't comment lol I've been on my journey since Oct 2016 but injured my rotor cuff and had to take a month or so off. Back at it again!
