You can be honest... what are your real challenges keeping to what you are learning on RA?

In my class, people aren't as forthcoming with the challenges they are facing. Might be pride... who knows??
What are some of your challenges? Others can chime in and provide their ways of overcoming those challenges.

My challenges are exercise. Through MFP I have learned how to eat at 1200 calories, but getting the motivation to exercise consistently is hard! And I HATE cardio with a passion. I did find out I enjoy the strength training routines on RA, so I am focusing on strength and just incorporating walking into my routine for a little cardio (whenever I can).0

My challenge isn't really with RA - I like my coach and enjoy the classes but I still haven't found that inner motivation to get to stick to changing my eating habits.0
