If you are enrolled in Real Appeal through your insurance company or employer, this group is for you. We will share successes, and also how about some awesome receipes? This is not intended to replace the program just so everyone is aware, but we needed a way to share things like great things we have found to benefit us (such as MFP!), recipes, exercises, pretty much anything that would help others succeed.
