Hi Everyone
My hope is that with the new Real Appeal Platform and it's ease with using MyFitnessPal our group will grow. They are moving people over to the new platform now till December. There are many members like me who are now starting over since the change starts everyone over. We are also finding some items that were great on the old platform missing. However as I said before their new platform transfers everything perfectly from here to their site. I plan to suggest that everyone use this site in my meeting on Tuesday. I also plan to suggest that they join this group since there isn't a user discussion platform outside of our weekly meetings. Stay tuned for new friends and good luck on all of your journeys!!
