Sooooo when i started the 30DS i started with NO intentions of taking days off. I completed days 1-4 no problems.
Then my boyfriend came back from holiday and I have missed days 5-7. Should I pick back up at day 5, continue on as if I were at day 8 or just start over?

I missed two days this weekend as well. Just too much going on. I plan to continue with the program and see where I am at the end of 30 days. If I need to tack on a few extra days then I will.
Good luck to you!0 -
Your choice. Depends on whether or not you need to continue with the level you are currently using to get back into it. I intended to move to level 2 after day 10, but the workouts, while not exactly getting easy, made me feel like I could go to level 2 early. So listen to your body. Do what it tells you and don't worry about what day you are on.0

I missed a few days this week. I didn't want to over do it in the beginning and I was renting a recumbent bike for the weekend and intending to do a lot of riding so I wanted to make sure I was ready. I'm going to start back up today and just go with what feels right. I think i'm only going to count the days I actually do the workout. The jumping is the hardest for me; jumping jacks and jump rope are pushing me to my limits.0

I say just pick up where you left off. That is my plan. If not I may never finish this thing! LOL0
