Not sure if anyone else is interested in this. Since finding a doctor who is LCHF friendly late last year and finding out my elevated BG is primarily due to cortisol (generally stimulated by stress) and not IR, I was thinking there might be some useful info in some of these talks.
Also, I know many who are attempting to lose weight hit stalls which can be caused by raised cortisol. Cortisol can also kick you out of ketosis. It drives our fight or flight response which jacks up our BG which also raises our insulin, which makes losing weight near impossible.

This is a great resource shared by @cstehansen . Thank you!
If we don't prioritize our coping with stresses great and small, we cannot expect to see the weight loss and/or health gains we want.
I bet if this were titled "How to break a stall" it would've gotten more attention.
Managing stress is key. Figure this out and it will take you a long way.

Thank you for this! I am quite positive that my lack of sleep is a huge driver in my lack of progress!2

Me too! The sleep stuff will probably be my focus. I'm averaging 5.5 hours a night. That's sooooo not good.
I feel fine but I know I can still be better.1 -
Thanks for this, @cstehansen. It couldn't have come at a better time for me.1
