Doing Daily Burn workouts in the evening when I get home from work. The average workout lasts about 30ish minutes. Today I did two back to back. A daily workout that lasted 40 minutes and then the workout that is part of the program I'm following. I told myself before the workout that if I felt like giving up that was just my mind telling me to and that my body could push through. Guess what! It worked, I was dripping sweat at the end of the first program today and it didn't even phase me. B)
