Trial and Error

I was doing intermittent fasting, and that was great. For about four months, then I rapidly started putting on weight, all in my belly area.

Guess I'm done with that. Just 'eating less' now. I really dislike logging food every day, but I feel like it's gotta be done, at least for a time.

What about you? What have you found that works?
