Fat bomb needed

I'm 60+ grams of fat an 600+ calories short for my day today. I clearly need to eat more but I don't want to blow carb or protein limits. I'm looking for people's favorite recipes.

i just throw a bar or two of 95% dark dark cooking chocolate in a bowl on top of a boiling pot of water (double boiler) till it melts...throw in some butter...coconut oil...shredded sugarless coconut flakes (whatever you like) nuts? and stevia to taste. then, once its all melted together, pour it on a baking sheet and tip it this way and that till its nice and flat and even...then toss it in the freezer and an hour later break it it into pieces and store it in the freezer... i love dipping the pieces in almond butter. NOM!!!3

Bulletproof coffee or keto hot chocolate are quick and easy0

I haven't made these yet, mostly because I have NO idea aside from Amazon where I would get hemp hearts, but they look tasty as hell and I want to eat them.

If you are not hungry, do not eat. Your stored body fat will provide the difference. This hunger differential will come and go. As long as you are not forcing it, roll with it.
Carbs are a limit, protein is a goal range, fats are only to satiety.
Hemp hearts - Walmart and most grocery stores in the baking aisle or gluten free sections, @Lem0nyFresh ... Badia is the brand I purchased at WM. Aldi has them for $5 for a 10 oz or so bag... Kroger, most natural/health places have them now, etc.

This most recent one, I made with some suggested swaps - I did cocoa butter and almond butter in place of the coconut butter. I used hemp seeds in place of sesame seeds, and I included the optional cinnamon, vanilla, and stevia. Quite delicious! I'm not much of a coconut fan, so finding these when I can is awesome.
I'm looking forward to trying some keto muffin/bread type things for breakfast, too...as that's where I need to start the day solidly.0 -
