You have a great loss average going on - keep up the good work. I was shooting for 2lbs a week, but it hasn't been happening lately.

I disagreed with someone about my use of walking as my primary means of weight loss. However, as a short woman, my current TDEE is rather low (under 1600 calories a day). I can't even lose a pound a week from cutting my diet down to 1200 calories a day so I walk. I walk a lot! Once I reach my goal weight, my TDEE will only be 1300 calories, which sucks but does explain why I gained so much weight over the years.0
