Started 3/6/17 down 4.6 lbs in 10 days .. hit Keto flu .. looking for info .. success stories.. recipes etc.. Need to lose 20 more lbs ..

Congrats! There are a ton of resources in this group, but from what I've gleaned from reading here and other resources online, doing occasional carb-ups, hydrating, and adding salt can really help relieve the flu symptoms.
HealthfulPursuit.com is a wonderful website that has a ton of recipes, as well as one of the most informational podcasts I've heard. Here's a link to one of the shows that talks a bit about keto flu and ways to get over the hump.

Keto Flu is a myth. It is electrolytes and dehydration. 100% avoidable. 5000 mg sodium supplemented, generally at least the first 12 weeks to replace what its being dumped. Pickles, olives, salted broth, pickle juice, etc.1 -
For salt, try using sea salt. It has more electrolytes than normal table salt.1
