Trying to fast track in a healthy manner! Crash keto dieter omg! Hiking and walking with some yoga. Severely dedicated i hope i make it to my goals! Any tips?

If you're going keto just until the trip I think you're setting yourself up for a serious belly ache and feeling like poo once you start indulging in carbs on vacation. I mean, maybe you'll be the rare person that can get away with the sudden dramatic switch back without feeling unwell...??? It does happen. But it's risky. I'd be worried about not feeling well and not being able to enjoy myself because of it. Just be aware that can happen.
Definitely read this post about your increased needs for sodium right away. Very important.

I just did this ^ and if you decide to indulge while on vacation I would say skip the sugar, I was ok on carbs (pizza etc.) until I dove into several sugary drinks. That said I was ready to get back to Keto before vacation ended.1
