I was wondering how many times a week do you plan on working out and what type of workout will you do?
I just need to start moving again. I need help:)

    I work out 5 days a week usually before work I do Cardio 3 days a week and Strength Training 2 days a week plus swimming 2 days a week. I look in Pinterest for ideas and I have found some great ideas there
