Hey y'all it's Lisa I've been Struggling with my fitness plans due to some health issues that happened almost 3 weeks ago and it was a very scary event that happened, I had my first ever seizure almost 3 weeks ago While I Was Sleeping my husband thought I was dead he turned our bedroom light on and I was shaking and would not come to he went to open my eyes and they were rolled in back on my head and I was foaming at the mouth he said he was scared that I'd passed away but I woke up and was like what happened. I can't drive for 3 months it's a state law in Texas thank god I have family around where I live to help out until I can drive again. I'm doing ok now it was a huge eye opener and we still don't know what caused it scary. Please take your health seriously.
