Week 2

So I woke up sick today :( but I still did my workout before work at 5:00 a.m. ....so week 2 is officially done

I kinda measured (not all areas). I will way myself in the morning.

In two weeks:

-1 inch in my waist
-1 inch in my chest
-1/2 in each thigh

    Today begins my week 2!
    I am down in my back so I modified some of the jumps, but I worked up a great sweat and loving it!! Can't believe it's week 2:bigsmile:

    As for my first STATurday, everything's the same as for weight and inches!! It's ok, I'm not stopping it will come:wink:

    Total Body Circuit
    I find this one to be my most challenging. I burned 281cals, but now that I'm done, I could have pushed harder!! Next time I'm gonna give this one my all!!!

    Day 10/Speed 1.0

    I went hard today, stayed sweat dripped 5 mins after workout, and I feel great! Still didn't nail the workout, modified of course, but I must say I'm getting stronger day by day :) I'm going longer before I have to switch to modify!! Yay me!!! Burned 305cals!
