Need advice

I've been doing WW since Jan and I have lost 6.6 lbs but the last few weeks since I have been going to the gym more I am not losing weight and I don't feel well. I have started using my fitness pal and it seems that I am not eating the right nutrients on WW---they used to do exchanges years ago and that worked better for me---I need to get a balance and I find that harder to do with the point system. Plus I like seeing what the breakdown is in the foods I am eating. BUT I love my weekly meeting at WW---can anyone share their experience??
