Getting started with keto/low carbs

Hello everyone! I've maintained a 1200 calorie diet but am not seeing results. My carbs are generally 150 grams a day so I have lowered my intake. But I'm thinking of dropping my daily carb intake to 50-75 grams a day. I did Atkins once and had great results but I relied mostly on meat and did not vary my meals. I'd like to introduce myself and am open to any meal ideas. I work out daily using 21 day fix, Monday starts my third week. I see some progress but I have a lot of belly weight to use and believe a low carb diet will get me there. I am working on eliminating sugar. I've cut down but still use flavored creamer in my coffee. Need options for that too.
