Only 2 weeks left. I think we lost a lot if folks this challenge, but I congratulate those that have stuck with it. Does anyone want a new challenge to start after this one ends? Let me know. Good luck with weigh in this week.

    I love the challenges also. I had a rough start this year (maybe others did too.) I didn't lose as much as I'd hoped but I am losing. I think the accountability and support help too. Now that winter is over (Happy first day of Spring everyone!) and warm weather is on the way, I can get outside to do more walking and yard work. No more hibernating. I've lost another pant size, down to size 12. I gave away a ton of clothes this weekend. Stuff that no longer fits and I never plan on wearing again because I am NEVER gaining the weight back. This is a life-long commitment. 39.7 pounds to reach my goal weight, I'm almost halfway there and I refuse to give up no matter how long it takes. Congratulations to everyone who stuck with this challenge and good luck to all of us in reaching our goals!

    I did really good until the vacation!! Not sure what I need to do to kick start the loss again!!

    Up + 4.4 lbs. But I've been lacking considerably in water. It's ALL bloat! So increasing water, and adjusting what I'm eating will help. Although I haven't been craving many snacks, I just want good solid food.

    But water is a must!

    I also love these challenges! Even when I am not losing or fall off the wagon, I find these challenges keep me accountable. So where in the past I could have gained 10 lbs in two months of 'off the wagon' eating, I generally maintain or lose a small amount with these challenges.

    I am definitely in for the next one!
