Hi guys.. just thought I would share my good news ! I am on holiday (leaving tomorrow) and today is my weigh in & I have lost 1lb ! Feel so happy & blessed that I have made good food & drink choices in the last 10 days of my hols

    Blerg... Good news is I'm down almost 1lb. I'm sitting at 195.8lbs this week which is still a nice 22lbs total loss. I could have done so much better if Life didn't get in the way.... Oh well looking forward to the week and I hope you all have some great results!
