Fourth Fast: Day One

So I can't believe I'm starting my fourth fast! I fasted last week, Wed-Fri and ate Saturday.

This week I am hoping to fast Mon-Thurs and eat Friday evening.

I'm up 2lbs from the fast but that's expected. My ketones on Saturday dropped from 4.8 to 2.7 (still in great ketosis) but last night jumped back up to 3.9! I'm not sure how that happened - maybe extra walking - but I'm certainly not complaining!

I've read recently that cinnamon, cloves, coriander and I can't remember the other couple, all help stop cravings. I added cinnamon and cloves to my coffee today. Hey, everything helps, right?? lol
