When I go out to eat, it's always Salad. Salad. Steak, salad. Chicken and Salad.
Same old stuff.
I'm sick of chicken0 -
Paleo and travel ...to Europe. Anyone have any experience being successful when in France? Bread is my weakness and I am very scared.0

Seriously, I survived the diet in Dublin by stocking up on paleo snacks from Tesco - they had one at every corner. When I went out to eat, there was always an option of meat patties and steamed vegetables on the side. Omelettes, meats, fruits and vegetables were easily accessible. It was boring, but I didn't think it would be worth "cheating" on corned beef and cabbage. I did get this tripple chocolate swirl ice cream on the last day though - so yummy lol.
As for places like France - cheese would do me in.0
