How to best use ghee butter?
Hi all, I'm a month into the Paleo lifestyle and I'm feeling great. The thing is, I bought this jar of Ghee Butter that I have no idea what to do with. Does anyone have any tips on good high-protein, complex carb, unsaturated fat meals using it?
Cheat Meals
Along with every lifestyle change, program, diet or whatever they call it., most encourage a cheat meal. I am trying to get to the point that I have no desire for a cheat meal. What's your cheat meal?
How do you use mfp?
Wondering how this group uses mfp ....to track calories, macros or both?? I am stalled in my weight loss (only have 10 to lose) and have been charting to track nutrients and macros. I monitor sugar below 25g (most days) and carbs 75g or less (below 25%). The rest I let be as the day goes. Right now % are 25/45/30 (carbs,…

Exercise
What is everyone doing for exercise? I ride my bike inside on a Kinetic trainer. I try to get in 30 minutes. But today I did 40. I think I'm getting fitter. When weather is cooperating I walk outside. I'm up to 2 miles with some exertion. But oh, it feels so good after or at least the next day. I really need to do more…
