I had a serious hankering for something sweet last night. I went to bed instead.7 -
I finally lost the weight I put on from my indiscretion days. As of this morning, I am officially 20lbs down...Which was my goal. So tonight I will take my 2 month check in pics and measurements. Get ready for some granny panty shots to be shared...Bring on Active April...And hopefully some damn sunshine.3

This week hasn't been good for exercise. Still getting over the cold I had last week.
Diet also hasn't been good. Decided to stop logging and weighing while I was sick and just stick to low carb food and stop when full. Had a couple cheat pieces of cake during that time (Co-worker dropped some off when I was off work, aunt and uncle had a 65th, different coworker did some baking yesterday) but I only had one slice each time, picked the smallest one or had a half slice.
Despite all this and the scales jumping up kg during my cold and cake adventures it has dropped again over the last two days as I've gotten better.
So today for the first time since I started my desk job I'm under 65kg!
Down a total of 1.4kgs for this month.
Planning to start logging again tomorrow

My last day of vacation I ran the distance between the piers on the beach...2 miles out, 2 miles back. My longest "street" run to date and my best time. I think I have to move to the beach just for the health benefits.5

3/29 Stronglift Workout B in the morning then mall walking during the day with a 2 mile trail walk to end the day! Carbs and calories were good

Shape Up Challenge Goals
1. Eat between 20–30 g of carbs per day max check except for the 1 day carb refeed
2. Drink 6 to 8 cups of water per day check
3. Lift weights 3 to 4 times per week check
4. Swing kettle bell 6 to 7 times per week check
5. Walk six times per week check
6. Set phone every hour for five hours out of the day to get up and move check
7. Record daily check
8. Lose 6 to 8 pounds check losing more slowly
