    I know what you're going through. I'm 10 years out, lost 120 lbs and regained half of that. Have held steady at this weight for about a year. I know my pouch still works because I still can't eat a lot and have to avoid sweets, but my eating/drinking/exercise habits could improve drastically. It's a never ending battle.

    Well I just started a thread discussing being three years out and off track and then I read this thread - thanks!! @ruqayyahsmum - man, can I relate to the having a baby and getting off track part. @Tristaan I like how you're eating.. that 's what I want to get back to. I DID have dumping, but once I became pregnant, it kinda weirdly went away. Just recently it's coming back, though. It helps to have dumping, in a weird way, because it (pre-preg) helped keep me off the sugar and crap. @Aztec4Life Are you in San Diego? Cheers, all...
