I have to take a pass day#2 today...........In Vancouver to spend Buds birthday with friends of our.........did well during the day, got a short walk and my exercise bike completed. Got carried away with the finger foods...........but overall only 70 calories over for the day(that is a success to me....as I know what I would have done if I did not have my healthy eating in mind)...lol.
