  • Good one. But you don't need to achieve 20 pull ups to do a kipping muscle up. I was doing 10 when I did it the very first time. Accually, the most important is this transition between pulling and pushing movements, when you're using your triceps mostly.
  • Nice! And I agree that the technique is the most important thing. But I feel that the technique is easier to master if you're rep range in pull ups is high.

    But yeah man, I know plenty of people who don't do crazy amount of reps of pull ups and can do muscle ups.
