Sometimes it feels like I'm eating to live more fully. I don't feel hungry biologically, its an existential hunger to be more present to, real, fulfilled, and satisfied with my own existance. But not being able to attain that, I eat favorite foods instead.

Anybody relate?

    This is deep thinking that you've posted here.....................and yes, I can relate. As I get older and understand myself and those around me a little better, I'm working to try and feed my spirit and not my stomach. But yes, I can relate.
