I had three photos downloaded.
Even though I chose a particular one as my 'main' photo (as a profile pic) the previous picture I had, still showed. The only way I found to change my profile picture, was to delete the others. Was I correct? Why won't the programme permit me to use a photo I want, without having to delete all the others...? Can anyone help?

    Click on My Home > Profile > Edit Photos > Choose Photo (from your computer) > Upload Photo.
    You are only allowed 16 and you can edit which is your main/avatar photo.
    Hope this helps. I am using a desktop computer. If you are on your phone it might be a different story. I hate the app and only ever go on MFP via browser (tablet & desktop).

    If you want to use a different profile picture don't delete the old one, just click on the photo you actually want to use then click the green 'Main Image' button underneath it, otherwise it won't change from the old one.

    Yes, I did all that, but there was no change. Maybe it's because I'm on a chromebook. This damn thing just doesn't behave like a conventional laptop - I think it's got a mind of its own!!

    Don't know about a Chromebook, but I am using Chrome Browser (when I'm not using the much safer Internet Explorer).

    When you change your main picture it can take a few hours for the change to show up...not sure why, other than, it's a free app/site!!!

    This ^^^^^ I changed mine not long ago and now there does seem to be a delay between making the new selection and when it appears on your posts. Just be have patience :).

    That's strange.... it's still instantaneous on my computer. Or do you all have Chromebooks?

    So...is this the place to ask if there's a way to post pictures from the phone app? Or am I just a complete moron for not being able to figure it out?!?

    you have to add it as a progress picture, then you can post it, I haven't used the app in a while so I don't remember the exact steps

    Thanks!! I use both the desktop version and app...depends on where I am. I like the app better but the desktop version has some features the app clearly doesn't!
