Day 2 - Horticulture Volunteering...

Today went really well. I volunteer every Thursday at a horticulture. All day I am working with food but healthy fruits & vegetables. It helps me see food differently. It helps me, I suppose mindfully see food. It is a mental health charity so I also get support with how I am with food. Today I got my meeting (it happens every 4 weeks). I have my next 4 week Action Plan -
1. Research/Plan meals & snacks, Use my diary to help organise.
2. Plan/Buy week meals (online for now). Research local voluntary keep me busy in the afternoon.
3. Have a read of CBT strategies (Overcoming Low Self-Esteem by Melanie Fennell)
4. Write a blog about my day either in detail or just one sentence.

When I was trying to think of Actions my councellor kept telling me there is no rush. The actions can be as basic as you like. Yesterday I was nearly in tears almost scared about the meeting today thinking I would cry the whole way through but she is lovely we were laughing the whole way through.

Now I start my plan....
