Fast 5?

I think this is my 5th fast. I'm on day 2. The last time I ended my fast, I did well...eating keto...until stress overtook me on Monday of this week and sent me snacking. lol

Fortunately, I'm on day 2 of my fast and that slight weight pickup is gone and I'm lower than when I ended the last fast. I'm happy.

I DO put MCT oil in my coffee but I think I will cut back on that. I'm not sure I need that much fat. I also add 2T butter and 2T heavy whipping cream to my coffee. I also add cinnamon and cloves to my coffee on days I want a little treat. Those are two spices that are supposed to curb cravings. Although I don't really have cravings when I'm fasting or doing keto. Those just naturally go away.
