Need feedback please.....
Due to a really bad ankle injury last year, I cannot due lunges, pretty much of any type. My ankle will just not bend or give support the way it needs to. It's bad enough I can't get full "*kitten* to grass" ROM on my squats :frown: , though my form is still good and I have noticed some improvement in ankle flexibility since starting NR 7 weeks ago, but I am not sure with this injury or the metal that is still in there it will ever be where I want (how it was before the injury  )
I have been subbing lunges out on 2 machines (leg extensions and leg curls) I am really NOT digging this :ohwell: .....the hubby says to just do some air squats in sub, but I feel like that it not enough either.... any of you gals have any thoughts or suggestions.....

How do you do on the leg press machine? Since you can move your feet around on the plate, maybe you could find a comfortable position? Does wrapping your ankle help with stability at all?0
