Hi Everyone I am nearly a month into really good changes to my eating by cutting down on rubbish, and sticking to my allowed calories of 1200 cals a day. I am walking much more and last time I did this with MFP I by this stage had lost quite a bit of weight by now. Roll on 9 months and I'm now on hrt and despite all the above in 4 weeks despite a healthy change to how I eat, 1200 call intake, moving much more I have actually put 2 pounds on. Yes 2 POUNDS ON! Anyone else experienced this with hrt? I can't cope without it but I'm devastated. Please advise. Thanks x

Hopefully this is just water weight, but maybe it has to do not with the raw calorie number and more to do with the type of calories you're eating?0
