Hey Saturday weigh in It's time to meet the scale
the first weigh in since 3/11 and i'm up 7 pound and I deserve everyone of them I have been on vacation and dint control my self on to next week Onward@ donward

    down 0.4
    That's -2.2 for March. Hard to imagine a month with no gains.

    You will get back on track Gennaro, we've both seen this before.

    I weighed in at 218.6 today. That is up is 0.4 from two weeks ago, but down 4.6 for the month of March.
