Good morning everyone. Welcome to a new month.

Come on in, lace up your walking shoes and let's head off on a walk. Spring is (hopefully) here.

You are welcome to join in at any time, set your goals and do what you can.

    My goal for April
    - 120 miles
    - 10,000 steps 15 days this month
    - Control the eating
    - water, water, Water

    According to test results I have a slowing metabolism . Oh just lovely! am on a search for pushy willows. I may need rubber boots though.... Lots a water and muddy spots on my walk.

    March was the month for me to work on my eating, I had hoped to loose 3 pounds - I was going to treat myself to a new outfit but I only lost 2 lbs. But the good things were that I discovered some new foods, zoodles and cauliflower rice, increased my focus with my workouts and feel much better.

    April will be more of the same with a focus on my strength training!

    I have a very busy April. It will be a challenge to even eat properly. But, I will give it my best

    April 7 - 1.98 miles - 7 hours in the car and first day of scrapbooking
    April 8 - 2.45 miles - I took a few turns baby walking :)
    April 9 - 2.68 miles - I took a few turns baby walking again
    April 10 - 2.16 miles - back in the car and heading home

    Now to catch up before Easter weekend.....

    Amazing how much the weather affects Us! Soooo much mud. Can't walk outside .... way behind in my miles. As of today...

    89.18 miles

    And yes..... only 2 more days and it will be May!

    No where near my goal of 120 miles for the month!

    Total miles - 95.35 miles

    And now onto May.
