    Rode my NordicTrack Recumbent stationary bike 12.7 miles yesterday...

    rode 9 miles on Saturday to test out the new pedals (replaced some worn out off brand clipless with new Shimano).

    Today I commuted my usual 7 miles to work ride. Saw a flock of turkeys with the males trying to impress the ladies with their plumage and also saw 10 deer (no buck)
