Eating only meals/i.e. No Snacking Habit

Snacking is a nasty little habit that can make us eat a lot of food that we would't have eat otherwise.
While snacking we are usually occupied by something else, not by the food itself. It is unmindful process that doesn't give us much pleasure, because we are mostly unaware of if.

Whether you eat 3 times a day of 5 times a day, here is a challenge:

for a month don't do snacks.

If you feel that you will need an extra meal in a day, then set up your food on a plate, sit by the table and eat it as an extra small meal.
But don't eat while watching tv, working, googling something, chatting with family, etc..

    So far one day without snacking.
    Only thing that I take between meals is either cup of coffee with milk, or cup of green tea.
    I will eventually eliminate white coffee, but for now, I think I am good with 1 cup per day.
