Ok, so very first meet. May 20th. ALL advice is very welcomed. Any and everything that any and everyone wants to share is also welcomed.

Competing in the 181lb BW Division

Numbers so far: (I hate using kg)

Squat: 435lb/197kg
Bench: 325lb/147kg
Dead: 520lb/235kg

Where do you think I stand?

Thank you.

Those are good numbers, but can you do them with commands. That's the question and that's why you test them out on the platform. Good luck.

The 181 is usually pretty competitive in that fed, unless you're going for an age bracket or the police/mil/fire division. Numbers look pretty solid, but as naked said, hitting the commands for good lifts will be the biggest thing. Easiest way to see how you'll do, start with an opener that you can hit on your worst day, set your third for what you believe your true max is (or whatever PR you aim to hit), and split the difference for lift two.
