This group looks fab, great to be here! ;-)

My greatest 'must haves' are definitely bananas and frozen berries.. Raspberries and blueberries in particular. Other than those I start feeling strange if I don't get oatmeal, greek yoghurt and green tea for a day or two! Like how I just burned my mouth pretty badly few days ago and couldn't drink anything hot for a while so I'm seriously having withdrawal symptoms from green tea :S Never thought I could feel this way half a year ago! hahah.

I've been doing Paleo along with Crossfit. LOVE Crossfit, but I am finding myself cheating & not sticking with Paleo 100%. Weight is not coming off and it's creeping back up.

Stick with it! If you ever start to think about quitting, just remember the reasons why you started! :-)

My diet is pretty simple of weekdays.
Eggs, egg white, any kind of meat except pork, vegetables, fruits, nuts and some protein shakes

Now on weekends *grins* I have a cheat meal every saturday now, which consists of anything that gives me 300grams of carbs in one sitting. So 70 rolls of sushies it will be this weekend ^_^

Not really, though I've heard a lot about the wonders of frozen bananas! That sounds really good, I have to try that!

PROTEIN!!!! I am BIG on Protein and must have it in almost ever meal, or I feel it is not complete. I am body building soon also, so I will be upping my intake and changing the way I eat. But all in all I eat a lot of the following.

Egg whites, Skinless/boneless Chicken breast. On occasion Turkey bacon, Ground lean turkey, and once every few months I have Extra lean ground beef (b/c I miss beef sometimes) or Farmer Sausage.

Veggies: Carrots, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, spaghetti squash. Avocado

Carbs: I get most of mine from veggies but I do have rice sometimes or salad rolls/ Whole grain or sprouted grain bread. I have been eating oatmeal again, more recently.

Sometimes I have fruit, grapes or bananas.

WATER. I only drink water! Other than adding protein powder to it.
