Here is simple, and I think one of the essential lean habits - eat only a single plate/serving per meal without reps.
When starting lunch, put on a plate all food you are going to eat, and when you're done - you're done. Don't take extra food because it's tasteful or because you don't feel full yet. You will feel full in about half an hour when your brain receives info from the stomach.

You don't have to worry if your serving size is too big or too small, you will get the feeling for the right size in couple of days.
