Have you every logged your measurements? How often do you do it? Do you do each arm and each leg or just one? What parts do you measure?

I do but it was hard to do alone so i have to get my husbands help , but i did arms, legs, bust, hips and waist. I only do it once a month at the end of the month and just keep a little chart... So far it has not shown me much but its a great tracking tool especially if your trying to tone as well as shed fat. I did both arms and legs just for accuracy... They were different numbers from left to right.0

I log my measurements monthly. I do my neck, upper arms, chest, natural waist, waist (at belly button), hips, and thighs. I generally see a difference every month, except in my upper arms where I tend to lose more slowly.0
