Broke the stall!

I lost nothing and went up and down with the same 2lbs for 2ish weeks so I decided to try a fat fast (in my case it was 83% fat and 1000 calories). Well lo and behold, I'm down 2lbs. Going back to my regular stuff now, might gain it back... But I just wanted to see a 5 instead of 6 ;)
Do you guys fat fast? Or any other method to break a "stall".
