    I don't know anyone personally but they have stories with pics in the must read general weight loss boards. They collected lots of peiple who have lost weight under different circumstances and have a list on a post pinned to the top. Let me know if you can't find. There are tons of inspirational stories here but also look on YouTube. ObeseToBeast lost 180 if that is close enough. (That's all I can remember off the top of my head.)
