Starting my fat fast

So I am a low carber and I love it but I'm just not budging on the scales. I've lost inches and you can see a difference in my shape but I do want to lose some weight on the scales so my first attempt at a fat fast. I eat a lot of fat anyway so I'm used to it but I'm going hardcore.
Today I plan on having
Coffee, butter and coconut milk
Egg mayo, bacon and sausage
Cheese omelette, sausage and bacon
Olives and cheese if needed later

What's your weekly caloric deficit?

It doesn't seem like you are eating enough. If you have time, google adaptive thermogenesis. This might help you understand why you are in a plateau.0

Minus the coconut milk and olives this may just be a lower calorie (assumed) version of how i eat everyday.0
